Terms of Service

Last updated: 23 September 2026

These terms govern your use of CloudDeck at https://clouddeck.tmsoagency.com. By creating an account or connecting a Google account, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What the service does

CloudDeck lets you connect one or more Google Drive accounts and manage them from a single dashboard. It indexes metadata about your files so they can be listed and searched, and it performs actions against Google Drive on your behalf when you ask it to.

Your files remain stored in Google Drive at all times. The service is an interface to them, not a backup, an archive, or a replacement for Google Drive.

Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity that happens under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You may only connect Google accounts that you own or are authorised to access.
  • Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • store, share or distribute material that is unlawful, or that infringes someone else's rights
  • access any account, data or part of the system that you have not been granted access to
  • probe, scan, overload or disrupt the service or the infrastructure it runs on
  • work around quotas, plan limits or rate limits
  • use automated means to extract data at a scale that affects other users
  • breach the Google Drive API Terms of Service or Google's acceptable use policies

Google services

The service depends on Google APIs. Your use of Google Drive remains subject to your agreement with Google. Access is granted by you through Google's OAuth flow and can be withdrawn by you at any time from your Google account permissions page. If access is withdrawn or expires, affected features stop working until the account is reconnected.

Plans and limits

Plans may limit how many Google accounts you can connect, how many files can be indexed, and upload sizes. Limits are enforced by the service and may be adjusted. Where a plan is offered free of charge, it is provided without any commitment to continued availability.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. It may be unavailable during maintenance, during failures outside our control, or when Google APIs are unavailable or rate limited.

Your content

You keep all rights to your files. Connecting an account does not transfer ownership of anything to us. You grant only the permission needed to carry out the actions you request, for as long as the account stays connected.

Suspension and termination

Accounts that breach these terms, or that put the service or its users at risk, may be suspended or closed. You may stop using the service at any time by disconnecting your Google accounts and requesting deletion of your account.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit or business arising from use of the service.

Because your files stay in Google Drive, deletions or changes you make through the service are made in Google Drive itself. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The current version is always published on this page with the date it last changed. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
